In considering this year’s theme, student success is at the heart of what we’re talking about. Langara has seen significant changes in its international student demographic. This has compelled us to do things differently. One of these things is a new student success course, which also revealed the importance of relationship and working together toward one common goal. At this session, we will share the narrative of how it all began, how we came together to create something new and how it impacted our students. We will also discuss the importance of involvement at the staff, faculty and administration levels.
