Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Risk mitigation, security and safety abroad are things we should be talking about in International Education. Is your institution preparing its travellers to mitigate and face the inherent risks to international travel? No matter the destination, the experience of our travellers or institutional size, mitigating risk and emergency preparedness should be a priority for all stakeholders involved in international programs, from students and faculty leaders to administrators. There is not a one-way approach to ensuring travel safety. This presentation will share the proactive steps taken by 3 institutions to advance institutional policies and guidelines to prepare their international travellers.
