This interactive workshop highlights various lessons learned within diverse Canadian post-secondary organizations. Our storytellers are part of the UBC Extended Learning online course, ‘Internationalizing Post-Secondary Organizations’ and they are here to share their stories of lessons learning in internationalization efforts, as well as intercultural learning and how it is practiced and applied in different internationalizing endeavors in their respective organizations. Come hear some of their ‘a-ha’ moments, lessons learned, and burning questions that shape their journeys as their learning continues to intersect with increasing diversity in their organizations within rapidly changing realities.
